Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how TODO(user): legal entity name (Task 10 before publish) ("Stackly", "we") processes data when merchants use the Stackly Shopify app.

Stackly sells individual theme sections as one-time purchases. The v0.3.0 catalog is limited to five sections at USD 29.00 each. Stackly does not sell subscriptions, bundles, or automatic purchase restoration.

Data we process

Shop and staff session data required to operate the embedded app, section entitlements (only ACTIVE entitlements grant ownership), theme installation records, and trial state metadata stored on Stackly servers.

We do not sell merchant personal data.

Shopify compliance webhooks

When Shopify sends a shop/redact compliance webhook for a shop, Stackly deletes shop-scoped application data for that shop.

When the app is uninstalled, Shopify session records for that shop are removed via the app/uninstalled webhook.
