Terms of Service

Service

Stackly provides purchasable theme sections for Shopify Online Store merchants through the Shopify Admin embedded app.

Stackly sells individual theme sections as one-time purchases. The v0.3.0 catalog is limited to five sections at USD 29.00 each. Stackly does not sell subscriptions, bundles, or automatic purchase restoration.

Ownership of a section is granted only when Stackly records an ACTIVE entitlement after a completed Shopify Billing one-time purchase.

Merchant responsibilities

Merchants install Stackly only through Shopify Admin or an authorized Partner install link.

Merchants are responsible for their store content and for reviewing theme changes before publishing.

Stackly targets compatible Online Store 2.0 themes that support JSON templates and native sections. Stackly does not guarantee compatibility with any specific theme by name.
